The length unit is different than my paper (inch/mm)

Using a badge paper that is in imperial but the printer shows in metric?

Change this settings on the physical printer menu

1. Enter the “menu”
2. Then “General Settings”
3. Then “Basic Settings”
4. Then “Length Unit”
5. Select the same unit as your paper
